This Colombian coffee, produced by Sebastian Ramirez, is a Pink Bourbon processed using a multi-stage washed method. It first greets you with a refreshing lemonade-like acidity, followed by the subtle floral notes of jasmine tea and the sweetness of ripe peaches.

Ramirez is a renowned producer known for meticulously managing the fermentation stages. Cherries, slowly ripened at 1,800m above sea level, undergo a carefully controlled multi-stage washed process, preserving the varietal's inherent vibrancy while refining the cup's clarity. This harvest is slightly sweeter and smoother than previous ones.
