Mango Tango

A natural coffee processed at Danche washing station in Chelbesa, Gedeo, Ethiopia. Ripe tropical mango leads, followed by strawberry-candy sweetness and the bright acidity of mandarin. Expressive and fruity, yet clean with no fermenty edges.

Danche is one of the washing stations DAK has paid the most attention to this year, consistently producing clean coffees with vivid fruit character. It buys cherries from around 400 farmers who grow coffee on one to two hectares between 2,000 and 2,300m, and the station is certified organic.
